A representative will contact you upon receiving the form. A brief meeting and tour of the property will then be scheduled. During the tour, digital photos of the property will be taken and any information not included on the form will be added. During this time, the representative may ask you to sign a letter of intent.

Within ten (10) business days, your property will be added to this website and two additional economic development websites. The property will then begin to be cycled into the Department of Development’s marketing processes.

The Department of Development asks that you immediately contact us if the property is sold or you decide that you no longer wish to market the property.

Department of Development and Real Estate Firms

If the property is currently under contract with a real estate firm, the Department of Development will contact the real estate professional assigned to your property when/if a tenant, buyer, or developer is secured by this department. In this regard, the Department of Development acts only as a supplemental marketer of the property. You and your real estate professional will handle the sale or lease of the property. The Department of Development will remain involved in the project in an advisory role.
